We can do better than 405, and when all else fails, there's always Photoshop.

...more from Ducati:

DUCATI MONSTER BREAKS WORLD RECORD

"Ducati North Europe is proud to inform you that on Sunday September 21, the legendary Ducati Monster broke the record for the ‘Largest Parade of Motorcycles of the Same Brand and Type’ in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Under the sunny skies of Belgium, the small town of Hamme-Moerzeke literally shook as 405 Monsteristi started their engines to ride around town. The parade, organised by the ‘Monster Owners Belgium’ Club, was almost 200 bikes larger than the record set in 2003 (with 207 Yamaha TDM’s). A fantastic result, made possible by the participation of enthusiastic riders from Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, France, Great-Britain, Germany, Romania and other countries to form one Ducati family.

The World Record attempt was part of the annual MOB Monster Day, which celebrated its 5th anniversary this year. The event attracted over 1500 visitors and made for another special event in Ducati’s rich history."

Heya Luca, it's been almost a year and the date is only a little over a month away. Is this party still on? Time for people start making hotel plans if it is.

...unfortunately, Ducati has no funds to support this even at this time.

Its off.

Too bad because charities like Riders For Health really need the support especially in times like these when the economy is suffering.

maybe next year...
